Update Account Details
To change your email and password, login to https://yesfitnessmusic.com/log_in/
Click 'Account' at the top right of the page
Scroll down to and click on 'Account Details' to update your email address and/or password.
Here you can enter a new email address and password and then enter it again to verify.
Click 'Update Account' save your changes and you are done!
*It's important to remember: If you are logged in to the Yes!GO app and update your password, you will be kicked out of the app, because you will need to authenticate with the new password. This could cause you to loose any albums that you already have downloaded, so plan accordingly so you can download the music you need for your upcoming classes!
You can reset your password by clicking the 'Forgot password' link here: https://yesfitnessmusic.com/log_in/
Type in your email address and click 'Submit'. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
If you don't have access to that email anymore and can't receive the reset link, then you can login to your account with a previous order number in the password field. If you don't have an order number, give customer service a call and we'll be happy to assist you with getting logged in.
